Chuck is simply the heartbeat of the Groove.  The blood pumping Groove Machine!  Chuck brings it all, and in all styles to The Groove.... but most important the dynamic touch that a professional band demands!  Chuck, born in Oakland Ca came on to the Bay area music scene in the 80's touring and performing with bands such as Agent Orange , HardTail , The John Tilton band and others . Chuck cut his teeth Drumming with a soulful influence from many influential Artists in the 70's and 80's, in his words keeping it simple and solid to drive the music. Chuck brings the perfect level of everything and lays down the Groove for The GROOVE!  In a word Chuck is "Money".  Chuck uses Soultone Cymbals exclusively.
